Expectant and Postpartum Moms

I'm interested in hearing other's experience with the prenatal yoga classes at DC Hot Yoga (prenatal is offered in a cool room). I am just wrapping up a series of classes at Circle Yoga in Chevy Chase, DC, and found the classes to be a little more on the spiritual/visualization/relaxation side, rather than stretch/workout, which I would prefer. Any other suggestions for classes that may be more vigerous (not quite the right word, but you know what I mean, hopefully)?
Thanks in advance! |
| I love Tranquil Space - Anne Thiel teaches at both Bethesda and 17th St locations and she is great. I took one class at Circle and I think Anne's classes are more stretching/exercise than the Circle class. |
| Definitely check out Unity Woods. Very professional yoga, you get a good workout. Several locations. |
