It is strength training that is very aerobic. She alternates and there is no stopping. There are two tapes for the muscles on the "front" of your body and two for the "back" -- although there is overlap of course. And then, since she does not recommend strength training every day, there is a cardio kickboxing tape which is all cardio. Some people do one a day -- with the kickboxing on Wednesday -- some people do two tapes a day it is up to you. It has more variety than the Shred and it's tougher. She's even got the guys huffing and puffing. I love it. It is like circuit training. In each tape, she's got two circuits, and you do each one 2x.
