Can I ask you if this is primarily aerobic or it is also intended to be a strength training workout? Or is it both - like circuit training that does strength moves yet keeps your heart rate up?

Just wondering because I may try it - but I lift 2 to 3 times a week so would need to know how to fit it in so I'm not doing strength moves on rest days. Thanks!

It is strength training that is very aerobic. She alternates and there is no stopping. There are two tapes for the muscles on the "front" of your body and two for the "back" -- although there is overlap of course. And then, since she does not recommend strength training every day, there is a cardio kickboxing tape which is all cardio. Some people do one a day -- with the kickboxing on Wednesday -- some people do two tapes a day it is up to you. It has more variety than the Shred and it's tougher. She's even got the guys huffing and puffing. I love it. It is like circuit training. In each tape, she's got two circuits, and you do each one 2x.
