ENTJ here. I'm really good with PM/People management. Hate spreadsheets, though.

My bestie is an ENTJ and does consulting and project management work. She loves it, different challenges, different clients. She enjoys the variety.

I am an ENTJ and I lead a division for a consulting firm. It's a good fit but the relationship management side of things can be tough, depending on the personalities on my team.
