Wonderful Police/Fire/Sheriff Block Party in Arlington

Today (Saturday Aug 26) my bride and I have taken our two young sons to the WONDERFUL, A-PLUS block party at Kenmore Middle School. Demonstrations of all kinds, "petting zoo" of emergency vehicles, boats and helicopters (!!!), moon bounces, food trucks, music. Wholesome community fun, and all FREE!!!
A sad note, however. The Public Defender didn't see fit to reach back across the aisle and join their brothers to put on this event. As much damage as they cause helping thugs infest our community, wouldn't it be nice if they could donate ONE Saturday to actually BETTERING Arlington. In fact, if the so-called "Defenders" helped out, we could put a few more cruisers out to defend the streets of our County. Oh well. Enjoy your illegal politicking for your liberal causes. It's hard to care about your community when you don't understand what community means. |

Your "bride?" Gag. Who talks like that? Is your version of utopia a place where one is not afforded a defense, where only the wealthy have that privilege? Don't worry. You're pretty much getting your wish already, given the way public defenders are being defunded across the country. Most public defenders are so overwhelmed by their case loads that they can't provide adequate legal defenses. Jails are becoming the repository for the poor and mentally ill. I'm sure you're rejoicing in that fact, you animal. Taking care of the poor and the unwell is also part of what it means to be a community. |
