How do I get my small town leaders to do something about litter?

Volunteer programs.
My HOA gets the trash picked up by the guys who mow the medians. It's in their contract since they can't mow over garbage anyways. |

Please name the town op. Do you have a mayor? Council members?
How small is small? I assume you aren't speaking of Arlington, Alexandria, or Bethesda. PG, Fairfax, Montgomery counties are huge. Give us a little insight to your local gov't and we can better advise. |
