Comments on Quality Care Nursery and Day School

Hello,
I am wondering if any of you have had experience or heard anything about Quality Care Nursery and Day School in Gaithersburg? How are the teachers and their administrative staff? How is their quality of care?

IMHO, it's a scary place with kids crying and with runny noses all over the place. Upon my visit, I did not see one smiling face either from the children or staff. The infant/toddler area looked dirty. Obnoxious music was blasting.

The director does not strike me as being too honest either. I am in shock that it's NAEYC accredited.
