Was planning to serve USTBX (unknowing soon to be ex) with divorce papers on New Year's Day 2018 (new year, new me, new life with AP).
Now I am thinking serving on the day of the eclipse may send a more effective/poetic message. Thoughts? |
| I think that if you're trying to be cute while blindsiding someone with life-altering news, you were too immature to be married in the first place. |
| Nice try but gimme a break. |
It takes more that four months to get a divorce. You will have to wait until 2019 before you can celebrate. I hope you have no children. |
| I am missing the message you are trying to send via the eclipse but in any event you need to dial down the drama about 100%. Presumably you had feelings for your spouse at some point so be a little less gleeful about the end of your relationship. |
This. |
The message: that the sun/light has fully gone out of our marriage. |
| I call fake. |
| Lol I think New Years Day is better and more obvious |
|
T.R.O.L.L.
|
That message only works if you are in Jackson Hole or South Carolina or somewhere else on the path. |
| It works if you're in 5th grade, max. |
|
Why use an acronym if you are just going to spell out what it means?
It sounds like you're suffering from a total eclipse of the brain. |
|
so its a total eclipse of the heart caused by an AP that came between you and your husband?
Nice, I get it. Sure do it on the 21st but make sure he gets served papers at maximum eclipse. that can also signal the start of your AP leaving you! |
| Really? No one else can see that this is supposed to be funny? |
