S/O IEPs and 504s at Middle and High School

Are there any schools that do an exemplary job at identifying older students with learning differences, specialized instruction and/or accommodations?

From the SN board, it seems this is a challenge in every school and district. But perhaps there are some exceptions to the rule.

LOL! No, DC does a crap job at special education. I strongly suggest moving.

We had to fight tooth and nail to get our son a 504 in elementary school. Now he has an IEP and it's a effing PITA, they fight you on everything.
