| our schedule is insane! I am looking for a tool to help me organize our schedule so that it is easily accessible to everyone in our family. We have a teen and two tweens. We have multiple sports, music lessons, theater practice, carpools...looking for what works for others. Thanks! |
| We all have iPhones and just use iCal and it syncs to everyone's phone although only I make changes. Another good app is Cozi. |
thx, we have three iphones and two android..will look at cozi |
| I've been using Cozi! |
| My husband and I have to use Outlook for work and don't really want a separate calendar. Is there a way to link certain of the Outlook calendar entries to ical or some app that my teen can use? She really wants to know her own schedule for appointments, etc. |
I can certainly appreciate how easy it seems to coordinate with work, but think about the privacy implications. There is NO WAY I would mix the two. I don't know what you do, and if FOIA or the private sector equivalent is relevant, but if you mix the two, you could lose privacy rights on your home computer. You certainly lose any privacy rights regarding things on the work calendar. |
| Cozi is awesome. It does have some syncing capabilities with online calendars. E.g. School calendar |
| We use google calendar. You can share the calendar with other users and control editors. It syncs with your iPhone or android like an other google calendar. Works for us. |
+1. Iphone and Android users in our house, plus my DC looks at it on her chromebook to see what's coming up. |
| Cozi works for me, DH, and DD. We mostly use the app. |
| another vote for cozi |
| Just started using Cozi as well - I put major work events on it if I need to be somewhere at a certain time, etc. Otherwise, we just stick to Outlook calendars for work. |
| Cozi! We've been using it for years! |
| Me and my husband use google calendars and have them synced. |
op-I installed Cozi and love it-exactly what we needed! thanks! Only down side is it took a day for the boys to realize they could post less than helpful events on the family calendar
