Can I roll IRA from a previous job to my current TSP account?

It is not as simple as a form because most 402ks want to electronic transfer. I basically had to get my old 401k to send me a check and then I filled out the form and sent the same check.
TSP is great except they are in the dark ages for rollovers. |
