do you think Vincent C. Gray will run for mayor next year? Who else do you think will run or should run?

Gray's campaign was corrupt when he was first elected mayor. However, unlike Bowser's administration which is even more corrupt, Gray and his appointees at least got shit done.

If you care about Ward 3 schools, please don't go there.

I really hope he runs. Mismanaged campaign, but did a fantastic job managing the city.

As a long-time middle class DC resident, I want someone with strong fiscal leadership. We're flush with money and popular with wealthy millennials now, but it's not going to last.

Bowser delegates running the city to various staff and is riding the good financial times. Gray was the real deal, leading the city, and staying until 3am at the office to read agency performance reports. He's my Hillary - not pretty, a favorite "go to" scandal source by the media, and someone knows how to get government to do good things.

I agree with this 100%, but Bowser has a very high approval rating (like you noted, she is riding good times) and I think it would be very difficult to beat her. I doubt she has any real competition in 2018.

Bowser is Barry in a skirt. But much dumber.

Gray is an a-hole. I'd vote for a republican before I voted for him

Neither Gray nor Bowser give one single shit about Ward 3 or its schools. They'll give Ward 3 cursory attention during the primary, but that's it.

How is he an a-hole? I have met him a few times - he even remembers my name and has always been very generous with his time and knows the city and the issues like the back of his hand. I actually think he is pretty impressive.

This city needs someone who doesn't put brown people over white

Bowser's administration spent over $200 million on cost overruns for the Duke Ellington renovation (and costs are still climbing). Now she says that if your school hasn't been renovated, you've got to wait longer and tighten your belt.

I was about to ask this questions. I think so not sure who else is going to run again Bowser

Murial "Let them talk about the costs" Bowser shouldn't be within 20 miles of the mayor's office. Just made a deal with Yelp that will cost the city billions over the course of its lifetime. The citizens of this city are so unaware.

I'm through voting for anyone with a first name of Vincent and a color as a last name.
