Fun restaurant for DD's 11th birthday

I'm trying to think of a fun restaurant in MoCo (Rockville, Potomac, Gaithersburg) that would be fun for a group of 10 tweens. I'd love a fun atmosphere with some basic food options for kids who don't want to branch out. Even more fun would be if it's in an area where they can walk around after.

Gordon Beirsh in Rockville town center - then they can walk for ice cream or hang out.

Benihana or any other Japanese hibachi place. DD loves going there for her birthday.

There is one of these places at Rio. It's not Behihana, but the same concept. Or, bail on the food... and instead get dessert at www.lillymagillys.com, then walk around and give each girl $10-$15 to spend at Charming Charlie's!
