| Our child is leaving a beloved daycare to start K. The daycare is very well managed thanks to the Director and Assistant Director, who have been very responsive and do a good job. I'll be giving generous gifts to my child's teachers, but is it customary to give gifts to the Director and assistant? What kind of gift? I'm just doing cash and cards for the teachers (because I think that's what they appreciate most) but that doesn't seem quite right for the directors. |
