Is there a magazine like this?

I'm looking for something appropriate for a 12 yo girl with some social skills challenges--a magazine with tips on friendship, social situations but also fun articles that isn't too young or too old. She is definitely past the American Girl magazine stage (which is too bad b/c I thought it was really well done). Thanks for any suggestions.

Girls Life fits the bill. Also teen vogue has been great lately and your daughter is in their target demographic.

American Girl has several books on friendships and other social things that are totally appropriate for a 12 year old!

No, the "Teen Vogue" thing is soooooo overrated. Yes, they did some decent political journalism, but it's still chock full with awful messages about how you should look, dress, etc.

How conservative are you? Typically your chosen house of worship fills this void. They don’t like it when you get facts that they haven’t approved from other sources.
