Is it recommended to have an IUI back to back?

| Yes, my doctor (SGF) recommended back-to-back IUIs. We have slight male factor but ultimately we decided to do one IUI b/c my husband was worried about his count not being as good on the second day. |

My RE had me do two in 48 hours - one day then the next. Got PG that time! Our son is 3.

| I think studies don't show a difference in pregnancy rates. But if you aren't a typical responder, or have some other odd issue, you might want to consider it. Also, will you be using fresh or frozen sperm? And can you have sex before or afterwards, to also cover your bases? |
