Because the filing was posted Friday. I took a screenshot, but the moderator will just take it down again if I post it. It also has his attorneys name on it. MoCo has since sealed it, so it's not available to search.

It was on the Montgomery County Court records website earlier this weekend. It's been taken down since- no one truly knows how/why- but it was public record. Saw it myself.

Why would he put his children through all of this if its a "scam"? And why would he need to do this? It's not like the show needs more ratings. The show and Hot 99.5 in general do pretty well.

I saw the court case info on the MD court case info site before it was pulled. It had their full names and address on it; I doubt they'd go that far for a radio bit.

Because you can have records sealed if there is a reason. It's not unusual.

I don't work for lawyers or the court system but it probably has to do with the amount of personal information that the records showed to the public. Considering it showed their real names, lawyers, reasons for divorce, etc. But you're talking to multiple people on here right now who have seen it- I somehow doubt we're all delusional or all making up the same story.
