Ok! I’m ready to attack this again - to eat more healthy food and low sugar. Back to posting here for my accountability. My work is still awful (new customer boss told me “well, since I can’t shoot (your team)…” but I can’t rely on bad eating to feel better.

Yesterday went well until the evening when I had a small dish of ice cream and three chocolates. I probably went over 25 g but it was much better than previous days. The junk is out of the house so today should be an easier day temptation wise.

Hi Kate! So sorry work is rough. I’ve been busy but at least I work with good people.
I’m still doing pretty well with WW. I’ve gone over my points a few times and given up for the day but in general I have eaten better. I have only lost a couple pounds in November but I guess that’s ok. Good habits matter most. I really need to fit in more exercise, not so much for my weight but for my sanity. Ugh things have been so busy and I doubt December will be less busy… Well I’m just going to do my best. Good luck Kate. Alexandra |
Kate how are you doing? I have had a few tough days but in general am doing well with WW and also keeping my sugar low. Still struggling to make time for exercise though.
