Either it's there or it isn't. Providing you need some sort of sexual tension to be interested. It's a look in the eyes, body language, minor ways to make physical contact, openness. Be open to the feelers they put out and act receptive, plus up the game just a little.

Have you talked already and worked in words that hint at sex or at least physical interest?

Play up the masculine/feminine dynamic and be intentional - not hasty or giggly but confident in yourself.
