Boutique law firm salary?

Anonymous
Considering leaving federal government to work at boutique law firm. Boutique in size (20 attorneys/2 partners), and they're specialized in labor and employment law (same thing I've been doing at agency). I've had two interviews, and both went really well. I've seen the pay all over the place on Glassdoor without any real consistency. 6th year associate, and they have both immediate profit sharing, as well as of counsel track. They asked me to think about my salary requirements. Anyone here work at a boutique law firm have any insight? Firm is downtown dc.

Same size firm but a different regulatory practice. Our 6th year associates make about $180,000 plus benefits and small bonuses. Associates bill around 1500-1600 hours. It's a nice life, actually.

I was going to guess 150k unless you're doing something like executive comp which is hot.
