Fear the Walking Dead

I finally got around to binge watching season three. So far this is been my favorite season! I know a lot of people do not like the show but I have been watching it since season one.

I do agree that it got to a very slow start. And, I don't like it nearly as much as The Walking Dead. But, this season has been MUCH, much better.

The biggest criticisms of this show are (for me):
-the casting. I really, really don't like how Madison was cast. I don't dislike that actress. She's just not doing it for me in this role.
-I was hoping/anticipating FTWD as the precursor to the apocalypse. Instead, we got a few shows about that and then they just jumped into it being The Walking Dead - West Coast. I was hoping for more the days leading up to the "troubles", figuring out what was going on, and people investigating the causes (as well as survival). That has not happened.

I think The actress who plays Madison is good. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, about Madison is how she is a mama bear to two adult children. They are 18 and 19 years old. You don't have to be so protective. I can understand loving them and not wanting anything to happen to them. However they are adults so you should also look to them for answers etc. and not treat them like they are two 10-year-olds

I was sad to see Travis die. I liked his character.

I was also hoping to see more of the beginning of days of the disease. That was one of the reasons I liked the TV show containment. It showed how they tried to contain it and understand it before it got out of control

Agree. And I wasn't expecting it so it was shocking.
