Allergy Attack at work

I was at a temporary assignment through an agency when I had an allergy attack. My eyes started to well up, I had sneezing and coughing fits and could barely keep my nose and eyes dry. I looked and felt miserable. My supervisor saw me and told me to go home. I called the temp agency as I left and am now home, showered off to remove whatever the allergens were and still feel awful; headache, barely open eyes and blocked nose.

I feel bad because I do not want to be seen as a flake! I do not know how I was supposed to stay at work,

That sounds really stressful and economically challenging, but you are really truly more important than a temp job. I'm sorry you're in this position, where just taking time off when you clearly need it is difficult.
