You think she hasn't had any work done and doesn't take good care of herself? She has. But she also has good genes. Lots of other Hollywood people, including many with more money than her, look much worse, even though they are likely doing the same things.

If she gets work done, she's got the sense not to get so much that she looks unrecognizable. She looks good for her age as opposed to trying not to look her age.

Good lighting. Botox. I've seen her barefaced, she does not look ageless I predict puffy face will emerge soon as she is headed towards injectibles.

Both of her daughters are gorgeous as well and look very similar to her.

Leads me to believe it's good genes and good self-maintenance.

Kellie Martin is 12 years younger than Lori Laughlin, though. It is a lot more rare for someone LL's age to look look as yoing as LL than it is for someone KM's age to look as young as KM .

I'm not the PP but I think it means eat healthy, drinking lots of water, exercise, getting enough sleep, and taking care of your skin (moisturize, sunscreen). There are also stress management techniques and avoiding drugs and alcohol.
