Dr. Butler at CFA

I am toward the end of stims and just found out my doctor at CFA will be out and Dr. Butler will be the back-up. Most reviews on here for him do not seem favorable, but those were a few years ago and people do change and respond to feedback. Are there any recent experiences that are more positive? There isn't anything I can do about it, but I could really use a good dose of optimism right now in what is becoming a more frustrating cycle as each day passes.
