Delivering at Reston Hospital but closer to INOVA Fairfax

My doctor delivers at both Reston and Inova Fairfax, however she recommends Reston because that's the hospital that most of her patients prefer. I however live 10 minutes away from Inova Fairfax and in traffic it can take me up to an 1 and a 1/2 to get to reston from Sprinfield. I just don't know what I should do. I know that people say that INOVA fairfax is a "baby factory" but what if I am in traffic trying to get from Springfield to Reston when I am in labor? Any suggestions?
