Voice change. Is there anyway to stop it or soften it?

I didn't even smoke! My voice is so deep and raspy- not in the sexy way either. Is there any way to stop it?

Yes, you can get a voice coach. I know people who have done it for business and also for acting.

I don't have anyone to recommend

You should see an ENT first to have your vocal cords checked. Vocal pitch shouldn't change for no reason and the raspiness alone should be checked if it's been going on for a while.
