What next after a failed PGS FET?

Anonymous
I'm at CFA. Did her immune protocol with a PGS embryo. Failed with a BFN. What would you recommend to look at next? My big red flag is my P4 was only 3.5 day before transfer and 9 at 4dp5dt. That seems so low. After 4dp5dt she upped my PIO to every day. I think it should be more . What else should we look at adjusting? My insulin is high at 18 so I want to start on Metformin . I don't have PCOS though . I do ovulate. Just missing tunes due to ectopic.

I did have a hysterscopy to remove a polyp prior to FET and the doc said it looked like I had estrogen dominance. But I had just done 6 gonal F TI cycles and 1 ER cycle . They noted my uterus was larger than normal and the size of 10 w pregnant. However nobody seemed to care . That seems so weird. Any ideas if that would cause issues

What about a one of those ERA test to check to see if your uterine lining is receptive? Its going through a whole mock FET cycle (with meds) just to do the biopsy but it may be that you just need to transfer a day later or a day earlier? Just throwing that out there. You also you may want a second opinion. Or you may just see it as a fluke - PGS normal embryos still are not perfect, and have about a 70% success rate (according to my RE)- and try again doing the same thing.
