Any feedback or personal experience with NCAP sites at QO or Germantown, specifically for a junior-level swimmer (Bronze 1)? How is the coaching? What are the kids generally like? Thanks.

New coach every year. Some good, some not good.

This site works well for potential superstars, but not others. This is a franchise site, so all of the decisions go through the owners, not the central NCAP management.
