Weekend in Shenandoah

Any suggestions for a nice family-friendly place to stay with two under 5s in the Shenandoah?

Somewhere we could do a very easy hike, that's pretty, with pretty views. Anything other family-friendly suggestions appreciate. Like maybe a farm or something? My kids would probably like that.

Just got back from Shenandoah National Park -- and I would recommend staying at Skyland Resort:

We went with our 8 year-old, our 5 year-old and our dog -- and we had a GREAT time!

There's a place I've stayed at many times before called Accokeek Farm. It's great!! Right on the water, huge lawn, fun games like pool and table tennis inside the cabin.

Second the poster who recommends Skyland resort--we've been going since our kids were babies and they love it.

Another vote for Skyland. Hurry with your reservations as they fill up quickly in the fall.
