Family law in the DC area

| Just a question for my curiosity. What is practicing family law in DC like? Is there a lot of work, or are there a glut of lawyers? Are lawyers collegial with one another? Are there a lot of solo practices or big firms? |

| It's mostly done by solo practitioners and small firms - no big firms are in the business. There are a glut of lawyers - but not a glut of good ones. |
