Infant care in NW DC?

Is there a list somewhere of all the infant daycare centers in NW DC, specifically near Tenleytown. So far I have found very few and am wondering if I am missing something...

| No, you're not missing anything (or if you are, I did too). Closest to Tenley options are Broadcaster's at Van Ness, Kinder Haus in Chevy Chase, and the one at Friendship Heights whose name is escaping me now. |

| National Pres. School has a small day care but I have heard they have a long wait list for infants. |

| I can sympathise ... I moved to NW DC towards the middle of last year from England and I've been struggling to find any part-time day care for my 16-month old son in the area. I tried Kinder Haus in Chevy Chase but they're expensive and only offer full-time places. I will give Broadcasters a try ... |

| You should also look into Friendship Heights Children's Center (formerly Chevy Chase Plaza Children's Center). I've heard great things about it, but the waiting list is also very long. |
