Scheduling Couples Therapy

What day and time do you go? Do you meet at the therapist's office after work or do you go home/have dinner with kids and then go together?

We went during our lunch hours and found a place that could meet us then.
There were times when I was glad to separate from him at the end of the session and go off by myself.
I think going after dinner would be bad. I don't know about you but I'm tired at the end of the day and the last thing I'd want is a complicated talk. I'd rather go early in the morning.
