Marriage Counselor/Therapist

Hi,
I have an almost 4 year old and a 4 month old and think my husband and I could benefit from a good marriage counselor, mainly to focus on our communication. Does anyone have a counselor/therapist they would recommend? And if so, what is their hourly rate?

Or do you have an individual therapist you'd recommend?
