| We enrolled our child in Temple Sinai since our niece went there a few years ago and had a wonderful experience. I heard that lots of teachers left this year and I'm worried. Does anyone have any insight into why so many teachers have left this year. Did they get fired or quit? Also what are the chances of getting a specific teacher instead of a new teacher. Any thoughts on strong teachers? |

| Word is most of them left for a reason. I didnt hear about any firings. A couple are pregnant, some recently finished master's and are moving on, and some got more full time teaching positions at other schools. There are at least two teachers in every classroom, so at least one will be an experienced TSNS teacher. If you are worried or concerned make an appointment to talk to the director or assistant director. You can make your views known and request a specific Teacher, but you still may not get that teacher. It's a great school and it has always been my impression that the teachers think it's a great place to work. |
