| Most of them who work in this field seem to be insufferable. Know it alls who sit on the fence when it comes to real life, They act like they are super important and like they have to control everything and are really patronising. Why are so many people in HR like this? |

| Yep. They suck. Also talk out of both sides of their faces and have no idea what does into running any of the units. They are basically there to CYA and act like they are in charge. |

| HR is for people who could never hack it in a line or high-level staff position. They derive power from being gatekeepers regarding hiring decisions. The most obnoxious are "talent acquisition specialists". Who ever came up with that idiotic title? |
