Is it normal for morning sickness and fatigue to go away at 6 weeks?

I'm 6 weeks along and have been experiencing mild waves of MS and waves of deep fatigue for the last few weeks. I got a good night of sleep last night, and today I don't feel tired at all. Could there be something wrong, or have others experienced on-again-off-again symptoms like this in their first trimester?

Everyone is different. I had two days like that and the rest was awful. But I totally freaked out both days, haha. I would enjoy your day, but if you feel concerned about the baby go ahead and call your doctor.

It's actually not common to *have* a lot of nausea or extreme fatigue that early. Usually the attention-grabbing symptoms won't start in earnest until around 6 weeks.

Any bloating? Breast tenderness? Other signs? Have you had your first appointment yet?

Yes, all of the above. I got pregnant with IVF so I've had several appointments. 3 positive betas. I'm supposed to go in next week for an OB ultrasound to check for a heartbeat.

I'm taking progesterone on top of whatever I'm producing naturally, so maybe that's why I have symptoms earlier than others...

I definitely had nausea on and off from 6-7.5 weeks, and I was also nervous when the nausea would go away. It came back with a vengeance at 7.5 weeks, and continued daily until 17 weeks. Ugh. Try not to worry!
