Any DOR people on?

I went in for monitoring on CD4 and RE saw 3 follicles measuring 15, 11 and 8. This seems odd to me since it is so early in my cycle but she says people with DOR tend to recruit early. She said maybe the 15mm was a cyst but its borders looked very regular which leads her to believe it's a follicle. Anyway, bloodwork showed my estrogen was 98 and FSH was 11 (which is low for me - last month it was 27). Since I am traveling from Friday to Tuesday RE is having me try clomid this cycle (was supposed to do injectibles but can't since I won't be able to be monitored where I am going). However the last time I tried clomid when my FSH was high I had no response to the meds so my RE wanted to wait until my FSH was lower to do the next medicated cycle.

But - isn't an E2 of 98 really high for day 4, which would indicate a cyst that is likely suppressing my FSH? Or that isn't so high given the 3 follicles she thought she saw? But then maybe 3 follicles hat size should actually have a higher E2 so maybe two are non-estrogen producing cysts?

Something just doesn't add up to me - thoughts?
