Pre-movie restaurant recommendation

Anonymous
Looking for a recommendation for a good place to eat before seeing a movie in Georgetown. Needs to be quiet enough to hear each other talk, not too far from the movie theater and not hurt the wallet too much (~$15-18 /entree). Food must be excellent!

I prefer the pasta at Filomena (Wisconsin Ave) or the pizza at Pizzeria Paradiso (M St.) to the food at PapaRazzi. Paradiso is a bit more of a hike, but it's still within a few blocks.

How about Old Glory? Great BBQ, easy on the wallet, and then just walk down Wisconsin Ave to the theater. Or you could grab seafood at the Tackle Box on M. Neither of these places are quiet, though - you're probably not going to be able to get quiet in Gtown for that price.

I would go to: Pizzeria Paradiso, Old Glory for BBQ, Ching Ching Cha for Asian, Clyde's or J Pauls for basic American.

Incidentally this is what I use to look for restaurants in the DC area.
