| You also might want to try Christina Hoffman at Simply Sweet Bakery. She has a website and has done all of my cakes, several of which are on her website. She will deliver and her cakes are as tasty as they are pretty. |

I use Just Cakes, too. The cakes are expensive, but gorgeous, and the ingredients are all familiar -- they sound just the the ingredients in a recipe! One year they did a cake for my son's birthday with Gordon the big tank engine as the frosting design on top, and it was almost to beautiful to cut into. They also did a great job on my husband's 50th birthday cake.
My daughter claims to not like cake, so we use Ben & Jerry's ice cream cakes for her birthdays, and they're pretty good, too, but of course very sweet. You can have them made up custom, choosing whatever ice cream flavors you want for the layers. |
