End of school year gifts?

I'm trying to get a sense of what folks do for teachers at various levels --

Daycare/preschool change of rooms
Elementary school
Support staff (bus driver, assistants, office staff)

I sent in cards with small gift cards today and then I saw a parent give something to the bus driver and thought "crap!" that wasn't even on my radar.

There should be a parenting handbook....

I give $25 gift cards to primary teachers, and buy a stack of $10 ones to give to support staff, specials teachers, aftercare counselors etc.
