Did I screw this up - waitlist question

We got an offer at the school we ranked 12th on the list. Then I realized that it would really be a terrible commute and I didn't like the school nearly enough to suffer through a ridiculous commute with a 3 year old. So I turned them down.

I'm still on the other wait lists though right?? I didn't somehow give up my spot on all the wait lists?

You are fine.

Nope, you should be fine. You only lose your spot on the WL for that school, and all the others will stay the same.

Once the school updates MySchoolDC you should be able to see exactly the same thing there too.

You remain on the WL for all schools ranked higher.
