Expectant and Postpartum Moms
I was looking into having a prenatal massage and would like any one's experiences or recommendations on places. Has anyone ever tried Potomac Massage Institute (they have student clinics that are relatively inexpensive)
I go to Elaj Day Spa in Rockville. They're really good. King Farm.
I went to SomaFit, but I had specific areas I needed her to work on. After three visits my back pain/butt pain was totally alleviated.
Where is that? |
2121 Wisconsin Ave in Glover Park
What about the Potomac Massage institute (i think on wisconsin ave) they are a teaching institution and will offer lower rates---> anyone ever try them?
My coworker once recommended Potomac Massage Institute. Not sure how they are for prenatal, but probably worth a try!
Potomac Massage Institute is great; I've just never used them for prenatal. The Still Point in Takoma Park has excellent prenatal massage.
PMTI is great! I recommend Shannon, but she wont' do pre-natal massages until 1st trimester is complete. good luck!
