Peruvian Chickpea recipe??

Please help me find this Peruvian Chickpea recipe. I had it at Super Chicken. With the help of google, it seems to be some type of Chickpea Stew. In those recipes though the chick peas aren’t cooked down & usually have other stuff in it, squash, chicken, spinach. . . . I included a picture of the chick peas from Super Chicken.

"Prior to preparing this dish, soak dried chickpeas in water overnight.

Combine chickpeas, chopped onions, half the chili peppers, a bit of vinegar, salt, and pepper in a saucepan and cook on stove for about 20 minutes."
