We are new to the area and searching for a preschool space for our 3 year old daughter within walking distance of our new house (Somerset area of Chevy Chase). Any suggestions?

It's a long walk, but the Edgemoor Children's Center in downtown Bethesda (part of Wonders - www.wonderschildcare.org) has a W/Th/F spot for an older two/younger three. 301-907-4080.

Oneness Family Academy and the Norwood Park Cooperative Nursery School are probably walking distance from Somerset.

I know that LCYC in Kensington has spots for 3's but you wouldn't be able to walk.
