Is it ok to call/text realtors at night

My agent don't respond after 9pm, wth....

It is NOT appropriate to call anyone after 9pm, or even earlier if you know they have young children.

You may send an email or a text, with the understanding that they may not respond until the following morning.

Basic courtesy, OP. You agent is not your slave.

You're probably a troll, but...

You should assume that nobody works at night. Even if you know they do. Do not expect social interaction and communication at that time. Evening is a time for winding down from the day, and perhaps catching up on work, but at a pace that is calmer and more conducive to going to sleep without stress. Relentless communication is stressful, so pipe down.

Please, I'm serious, I want to make an offer and the agent is not responding

Is that how you guys work with realtors? You all wait till next morning to tell the agent that you are making an offer?

Of course. Calm down. Email/text that you are making an offer, he'll read it in the morning.

Can I get a real agent to respond? Do you really not work at night?

If you called me after 9 at night, I would drop you. I don't tolerate disrespectful clients.
Anonymous
Yes! They LOVE 3 am texts. Makes them feel useful and alive.
Especially if they are named 'Cheryl'.

Ok noted, guess I'm rude, but what about text, you guys don't text back either?

You do seem to have a problem hearing the word NO.

Go to bed already. Stop bothering people.

Let's look at the timeline

You call your agent after 9 pm to discuss terms of the offer.
You call your Liam officer to obtain an updated lender letter
By 9:30 pm you have offer for electronic signature.
By 9:40 pm you have signed the offer and addenda and returned to agent along with a photo if your earnest money deposit
Assuming your lender responds promptly, your agent sends the offer and lender letter
to the listing agent by 9:50 pm

Unless your offer is all cash, over asking price and with no contingencies, the listing agent will at most fir ward the offer tingle sellers with s nite that they -/ like mist civilized people -- will respond to your offer the next day

What have you gained OP?

That's reasonable. 9pm is pretty late.

Omg OP. The house will still be there tomorrow morning. You sound clueless, I bet your agent can't wait to sell you a house and be done with you.
