You'll be fine, it stays in your system long enough. Just make sure you time it from this point and not double dosing. When I got off my normal time I would adjust a few hours accordingly until I was back to where I started.

You mean don't take at 7 am tomorrow if I took at 3 pm today? like take maybe late morning/lunchtime?

New poster but agree with the advice. Yes, it's fine and yes, just take it tomorrow around 1pm, next day around 11am, next day at 9am, then back to your preferred time. Or stick with later afternoon if you are more likely to remember then (unless you aren't supposed to eat before taking it).

Call your doctor and ask them how to handle it. Most likely it is fine and I'm not even sure you'll need to do the graduated return to normal.

I used lovenox for ohss not immune issues but when I went to get a procedure the doctor wanted me to be off lovenox for a while. Your blood is not immediately going to revert to normal.

The half life of lovenox is about 12 hours so while less effective it's still doing what it's supposed to do. I took it twice a day and forgot for a whole day once with my third pregnancy. He's 16 months old now so I don't think missing a day had any negative impacts on him.
