| Today during a break, a few coworkers were laughing with me and mentioned that I am the fun person in the office always up for a party. Asking if I ever work... jokingly but of course being sensitive I have to wonder if that is a good or bad thing. I do work, I just find myself having a lot of free time. My managers are more relaxed than theirs also which I suppose helps. So I often find that I am not as constrained or worried about things. They demand less I suppose than the others ... we are paperless and their team is not so for instance so they spend time printing 10 page reports for meetings that we send electronically on our end. |
