Anyone ever delay an EOD after accepting an FO

| I gave notice to my current employer after accepting the EOD and FO and they are giving me a really hard time about leaving. It might appease them if I agree to an additional 30 days but then I need to change my EOD. Has anyone done this? |

For a federal job. I have a start date that I accepted with the final offer but if my current employer makes things difficult I was wondering about the ability to change my start date. |

| I delayed my EOD because I was getting married and I didn't want to start and then have to immediately take vacation. They were fine with me delaying. On the bright side, I actually got to use most of my accrued leave at my former employer. |
