Desperate for therapist recs in or near College Park

Hi all. I'm looking for recommendations for a good therapist who specializes in anxiety and/or low self esteem. It's affecting my marriage or my marriage is causing it... I can't figure it out. Anyway, I need help badly because I feel like I'm going crazy and my marriage is on the rocks. I live in College Park so the closer to there the better. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Dr. Heather Loffredo, a clinical psychologist at Alvord, Baker & Associates. They have two offices, Rockville and Silver Spring. She was in the Silver Spring office last time we spoke. She helped us. Heat-seeking focus getting to and resolving the issue. She will help you if she's available.
