Best math app for Kindle for 3rd grade level math?

A lot of the "best apps" lists seem to have things that aren't available on kindle. (Like splashmath, which looks like exactly what I want)
Any suggestions for apps you really like that are available on a kindle fire? We're looking for something that gives lots of practice of multiplication tables and also covers other 3rd grade topics (fractions, place value, etc)
