People were speculating N was/is pregnant because on the Facebook announcement of her engagement to her new guy people kept alluding to other "good news" for the couple, i.e. a pregnancy. It would explain her radio silence on social media/her blog. You can't really play the mourning single mother when you're engaged/pregnant by someone else so soon. Kane would've been crucified if he'd moved on so fast. She probably knows what the reaction would be and is keeping it low profile.
